Understanding the core content: What happened in a life of a house broker and his family situations!
Congrats to the whole crew who made this film. If you ask me honestly, I’ll say it is one of the good films.
Starting from cinematography, we can see the cinematographer handled the camera without a Steadicam or fixed cam. Most of the areas handled with bare hands. We can see this from two aspects. One is positive, in which the director wanted to show the scenes lively and not like a conscious movie with more swap shots. And the other one is negative, which makes us feel why they handled bit carelessly and not so focused while shooting. It depends on the audience who experiences this film. For me, I saw this on a positive note.
At the start, the protagonist who is a house broker is discussing with his friends it seems, there the frames focusing all the three with swap shots. Here we can see the mirror of his vehicle is slightly faced somewhere. It is quite noticeable and the director cleverly worked on this part which is so natural and has only one side mirror. This part I loved personally. Adding an extra element will make the visual more relatable to personal life. Even during the son changing his dress, the frame is with his uncle and also with the son while changing his dress. That scene is the noticeable scene.
No-where I’m disappointed with dialogues except one place where after the protagonist got insulted by the tenant. The conversation between the son and the father is like the director forced the character to give a social message. I would have enjoyed the whole dialogue if this particular scene was not forced. Even when introducing his uncle to the audience, it felt forcibly the director tried to convey the story through that uncle. Apart from that, every dialogue is very natural and relatable.
Coming to music, It was very good pleasing calm music. It sounds professional. At the same time, when speaking about background score, one particular place, where the protagonist got hit by his friend. There the music was very high and unbearable. As we all know, short films most people will watch through mobile. If someone is wearing earphones and if this scene comes, they miss the flow while watching. Especially a turning point shouldn’t be unbearable. Apart from that all the places are very effectively conveyed and the climax music score was pleasing.
The script is so good and the screenplay was not boring. The way the whole story conveyed the life of a house broker is well explained. Because it is a story it revealed a particular house broker’s story. And the revealing part of the antagonist is quite surprised and good too.
One great plus point of this film is the way of dubbing and the effort of the artist to dub the same on the screen through the protagonist’s character is stammering. The most important part is the dubbing part during the mobile conversation. We are hearing the receiver end’s dialogue too. That is a super-skilled exhibition of the director’s effort. We can leave that part if we don’t care about perfection. But here the director also focused on the receiver end’s dialogues too. That shows the need for perfection in screen presence and relatable to our daily life.
In the climax, the act of the son was so admiring, and character designed way is interesting. After his father’s death, his son becomes lunacy. He started to stammer. That part is interesting.

For screenplay – I would give 9/10
Overall I would give 9/10 for this film.
