The Telugu action-fantasy film Bimbisara was written and directed by first-timer Mallidi Vassishta, and it was made by Hari Krishna K. N.T.R. Arts is the label used for the film’s release. Prakash Raj, Samyuktha Menon, Catherine Tresa, and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram are among its cast members. In the movie, time travel allows King Bimbisara of the Trigartala Empire from the 5th century BCE to arrive in the present day.

Bimbisara Movie Plot:
In the action movie Bimbisara, the main character time travels from his country to the modern day. When Bimbisara was the monarch of the Trigartala empire in the year 500 B.C., the movie opens. An evil egomaniac with no bounds to his violence, Bimbisara.
However, His ego trip is cut short, though, when his exiled twin brother Devadatta ambushes him and teleports him to the present through a magical mirror. The appearance of Bimbisara benefits Subramanya Sastri and the godman Kethu, who are after the Ayurvedic book Dhanwanthari that is securely hidden up in Bimbisara’s treasure vault and which only he can unlock.

Appreciation and Critics:
As Bimbisara, the ruler of the Trigarthala Empire and a contemporary figure in the present, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram provides an amazing performance. He took on a second role, giving him a total of three distinct character nuances. His dedication to this movie is clear. Vassishta deserves my appreciation as well. His very first movie was a hit for him. He did a terrific job handling the material, and M.M. Keeravani’s background music adds a particular touch that elevates the picture.
As it is planned to be the 18th film with Kalyan Ram as the lead actor, the movie premiered in 2020 under the working title NKR18. Santosh Narayan and Chirantan Bhatt were scheduled to write the songs and the background music, respectively. The movie was also made available on August 5, 2022.
