Dwayne Johnson’s Indian fans are supporting him financially at the box office for his most recent film, “Black Adam.” According to Taran Adarsh, an analyst with Entertainment Industry Tracker and business, the film took in a total of Rs 23.50 crore in India. 20th OCT 2022 is black adam release date in india.
According to Variety, ‘Black Adam’ appears to be taking the top spot in the domestic charts, surpassing rival new movie ‘Ticket to Paradise’ (with Julia Roberts and George Clooney). A $26.8 million opening day, including $7.6 million in previews, was earned by the Dwayne Johnson movie. 4,402 sites in North America are hosting the debut of the DC Comics adaption.
Johnson plays the furious antihero Teth-Adam/Black Adam in the movie. He was revived following the death of archaeologist and freedom warrior Adrianna Tomaz.
After escaping captivity, the main character aids Adrianna in resisting the Intergang’s occupation of Kahndaq. While everything is going on, the Justice Society of America (JSA) travels to Kahndaq to track down and capture Black Adam.
Given that Black Adam now has a 90% audience rating on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the strategy appears to be effective.

According to estimations from measurement company Comscore, Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Films’ “Black Adam” dominated the domestic box office this weekend with $67 million in ticket sales, becoming Dwayne Johnson’s biggest North American debut as a leading actor.

Halloween Kills ($2.7M) and Dune ($1.75M), which were both theatrically released on their respective studio streaming services Peacock and HBO Max on the same day as Black Adam, as well as the opening Monday of Halloween Ends ($1.75M), which was in a similar distribution scenario, were all outperformed by Black Adam’s Monday.
