The statement stated that Yash19 would be a high-budget Indian movie. The creators intend to redefine the grandeur of Indian cinema, thus it comes as no surprise that they are preparing an action-packed, high-end film.

The movie is a neo-noir action thriller with Shiva Rajkumar playing the protagonist. In it, Shiva plays an underworld leader while Sriimurali plays a police inspector who chases him down.
