In this case, Telugu film Pushpa: The Rise made about INR 332 crore in box office revenue, surpassing Spider-Man: No Way Home from Hollywood (INR 260 crore). The Hindi film industry appears to be suffering greatly with only a few Bollywood films having a significant influence at the box office.

Why Bollywood movies fail today?
Accordingly, memoirs regarding the Bollywood film business are already being published, claiming that “Bollywood has lost its soul.” The fact that Bollywood films continue to rely on the “song-and-dance heritage” rather than strong screenplays is one of the key factors contributing to their decline.
Another explanation is that moviegoers have evolved into more informed, demanding, and critical audiences. They don’t want to squander their money on drawn-out films that are merely attempts at commercialization and lack any substantive material.
Additionally, they have easy access to Hollywood and other international movie theatres. who, albeit not on every front, are superior to us. The question is, why would anyone watch a typical Bollywood film when there are high-tech, compelling, and expertly written films available?
Even younger audiences now attend movies with their heads engaged and want their expectations to be met. This, in my opinion, is one of the main reasons why Bollywood movies are unsuccessful.
