Rohit Shetty is preparing to release his next movie following the release of Sooryavanshi. Ranveer Singh plays the lead in the comedy Cirkus, which is another work from the director. He leaves the Golmaal universe and works with young children in a little different setting to explore humour, giving the scene a Disney movie feel.
“I felt certain that he would be a wonderful candidate for a comedy picture,” Rohit says while discussing the notion of filming a comedy movie with Ranveer. He is a fantastic performer who can fit into any setting. He can perform in Bajirao Mastani, Khilji, Cirkus, Simmba, and Khilji.
Simmba, a movie with humorous undertones, was something we had both seen. Ranveer has a handle on the genre and is skilled at timing jokes, according to Rohit. And because he can perform in many genres, he will be the next big star of Bollywood movies.
