Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland and Alexis LaMontagna of Coldwell Banker, who jointly owned the listing, they verified that their former California residence has gone under contract.

Over the course of the show’s final two seasons, Alyson’s home appeared in numerous flash-forward scenes, and she has publicly stated that she enjoyed having her home transformed into a set because NBC paid for a lot of the necessary renovations.
